TECHNICAL INSULATION COMPANY, POLY URETHANE AND WATER PROOFING

THE PERFECT SOLUTION TO BUILDING INSULATION DESIGN PROBLEMS

POLY URETHANE is being used by Architects to design buildings that are attractiveand comfortable to the occupants, inexpensive to operate and maintain and remain so for the life of the building. POLY URETHANE insulating foam solves building insulation design problems for architects, because it combines proven thermal protection while also offering superior air barrier properties.

IDEAL FOR NEW OR RETROFIT CONSTRUCTION

POLY URETHANE is a spray applied cellular plastic that forms a continuous, monolithic barrier on walls, around corners, and on all contoured surfaces and protrusions. It adheres directly to the substrate forming a seamless permanent over and around even the most difficult shapes. POLY URETHANE System is ideal for insulating either new or retrofit construction projects. Due to it's fast installation, POLY URETHANE decreases your construction costs while increasing the energy efficiency of your building envelope. The installation of 75 mm of POLY URETHANE on the exterior side of the walls can reduce up to 50% of the energy consumption for heating and cooling purposes and increases the occupants comfort.

ENERGY EFFICIENT INSULATING MATERIAL WITH THE HIGHEST R-VALUE RATING

The properties of the foam differ widely in this range of densities and are dictated by the customers. The design of a system for a particular application depends on these parameters. Rigid Polyurethane foams are one of the most efficient thermal insulating materials available in the market. The foams are machinable and need no special tools for shaping them into the desired shape. The foam is also mouldable and hence can be shaped into any desired shape. The foam is a thermoset and is resistant to oils, chemicals, solvents and water. The foam is odourless and retains its dimensional stability over a wide range of temperature.

Rigid polyurethane foams are high polymer products with a cellular structure. These foams are characterised by their densities for most of the applications as density varies directly with the strength required. In turn, the number and size of the cells incorporated in the polymer structure determines the foam density. Rigid polyurethane foams vary in densities from 20 to 500 kg/m3.
